We’re back…our first wine dinner in two years! We have chosen owner/winemaker Boyd Teegarden of Natalie’s Estate Winery.
A friend from way back, we are delighted to pair our great food with his great wines.
In 1995, Boyd and Cassandra were relocated to the Oregon market to focus on supplier relationships for the Gallo Winery. Having seen the Oregon wine business develop and gain momentum in the mid 1990s, they decided to start building their own dream of a boutique winery in 1999. Natalie’s Estate currently handcrafts 2000 cases a year of small lots of several different varietals from our estate vineyard and various other vineyards throughout the Northwest. In addition, Boyd also consults for other wineries and helps manage other Willamette Valley vineyards.
Serving: 2014 silhouette pint gris, 2017 rose’, 2012 Meritage, 2013 Red Willow cabernet, 2015 Estate pinot noir, 2015 Estate tempranillo. Menu of gorgonzola cheese cake, summer salad, short rib ragu fettucini, New Zealand lamb shank, chocolate pot de creme with salted mascapone.
