Lunch Banquet Menu

Entrees Includes fresh bread, chef’s accompaniment, coffee service.

  • Salmon with summer mango salsa
  • Tuscan lemon chicken, lemon zest and rosemary
  • Bone in chicken breast with herb goat cheese and basil
  • Tenderloin shoulder medallions, 6 oz. roasted tomato basil sweet pepper sauce
  • Roast pork tenderloin with cranberry port sauce

Salads
Accompanied with fresh baked bread, coffee service

  • Caesar salad, crisp romaine, parmesan cheese, croutons, classic caesar dressing
  • Pacific northwest salad, seasonal greens with bacon, granny smith apple, crumbled blue, tossed with a citrus vinaigrette

Includes choice of salad, chef’s accompaniment, freshly baked bread, coffee or tea service,  chef’s selection of dessert.  (Delete $7 from price if no dessert choice)

Entrees

  • Salmon fillet topped with cranberry apple butter, served with wild mushroom bread pudding
  • 8 oz. smoked pork chop with a pumpkin spice rub, topped with a brown sugar curry cream sauce 
  • Tenderloin filet, 6oz. with  shallot demi glace, topped with chevre cheese
  • Papparedelli pasta with roasted seasonal squash, sage brown sugar, bleu cheese, toasted almonds

Vegetarian Selections

  • Imported and artisan cheeses with crackers
  • Stuffed mushroom caps ~ herb cream cheese, broiled in butter, chardonnay
  • Herb focaccia topped with caramelized onion, goat cheese, fresh herbs
  • Miniature tartlets filled with  herb ricotta cheese, caramelized onion, almonds
  • Fresh, raw vegetable platter, seasonal dip
  • Chickpea salad with feta cheese, peppers, parsley, served with grilled paprika flat bread
  • Herb white bean dip with seasonal roasted vegetables, blue corn chips, minimum to serve 10
  • Tomato tart with black olives, chevre cheese with a herb crust – serves 20
  • Warm wheel of brie, seasonal fruit chutney, baked rustic bread – serves 20

  • Cold peppered beef tenderloin shoulder with creamed horseradish, served on croistini
